PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION FRAMEWORK POLICY

OBJECTIVE

Define the issuance and management of recognition indicators, badges, achievements, and participation distinctions.

PURPOSE

Recognition exists to encourage participation and operational engagement.

Recognition is not certification.

RECOGNITION TYPES

• Participation badges • Engagement indicators • Contribution awards • Community recognition

PROHIBITIONS

Recognition shall not imply:

• Licensing • Qualification • Competency certification • Hiring recommendation

REMOVAL

Recognition may be revoked when:

• Fraud is identified • Abuse occurs • Eligibility criteria are no longer met
