OBJECTIVE

Define ownership of platform content, software, branding, methodologies, and customer-generated content.

OWNERSHIP

ReadinessOS owns:

• Software code • Platform architecture • Design systems • Branding • Logos • Documentation • Methodologies • Readiness frameworks

CUSTOMER OWNERSHIP

Customers retain ownership of:

• Operational records • Observations • Scenarios • Uploaded documents • Internal data

LICENSE

ReadinessOS grants customers a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform during active subscriptions.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Reverse engineering • Unauthorized copying • Resale • Redistribution • Framework replication
