1. Document Purpose

These Founding Vessel Program Terms establish the conditions governing participation in the ReadinessOS Founding Vessel Program.

The program is designed to provide early access to the platform while allowing participating vessels to directly influence product development through operational feedback and real-world testing.

Participation is voluntary and subject to approval by ReadinessOS.

2. Scope

These terms apply to:

  • Founding Vessel accounts
  • Captains
  • Designated vessel administrators
  • Authorized vessel operators
  • Company representatives managing participating vessels

Future individual crew accounts remain subject to separate platform policies.

3. Definitions

For the purposes of these terms:

Founding Vessel means a vessel accepted into the early access program before public commercial launch.

Program Benefits means pricing advantages, early access features, recognition, and other incentives provided by ReadinessOS.

Founding Status means the designation assigned to approved vessels participating in the program.

4. Program Purpose

The Founding Vessel Program exists to:

  • Validate operational workflows
  • Improve scenario quality
  • Improve readiness scoring
  • Improve user experience
  • Test new platform capabilities
  • Collect professional feedback
  • Shape future platform development

Participation helps guide the long-term evolution of ReadinessOS.

5. Eligibility

Acceptance into the program is determined solely by ReadinessOS.

Approval may consider factors including:

  • Vessel operational profile
  • Industry sector
  • Program capacity
  • Geographic diversity
  • Testing engagement
  • Platform suitability

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

6. Founding Benefits

Approved Founding Vessels may receive benefits including:

  • Early platform access
  • Priority access to new features
  • Direct communication with the development team
  • Early AI functionality
  • Priority support
  • Participation in roadmap discussions
  • Eligibility for future recognition within the platform
  • Access to experimental features

Benefits may evolve as the platform develops.

7. Subscription and Pricing

Founding Vessels may receive preferential subscription pricing as determined by ReadinessOS.

Current program structure includes:

  • One vessel subscription
  • Up to ten (10) included crew seats
  • Additional crew seats available for an additional fee
  • Discounted pricing for seats beyond the included allocation, subject to the active pricing schedule

Pricing structures may evolve over time.

Founding pricing benefits remain available only while the qualifying account and subscription remain continuously active, not deleted or deactivated, and in good standing.

Founding pricing benefits may terminate if the account or subscription is canceled, deleted, deactivated, suspended, allowed to lapse beyond any applicable grace period, used inappropriately, involved in payment abuse, fraud, misuse, or otherwise violates ReadinessOS policies or terms.

ReadinessOS reserves the right to modify pricing for new participants while honoring previously established Founder commitments only where the qualifying account remains active, eligible, and in good standing.

8. Feedback Expectations

Participants are encouraged to provide constructive feedback regarding:

  • Bugs
  • User interface
  • Operational workflows
  • Scenario quality
  • Readiness scoring
  • AI recommendations
  • Feature requests
  • Missing functionality
  • Performance improvements

Feedback is voluntary unless otherwise agreed.

Participants may receive access to unreleased functionality.

ReadinessOS may request that participants maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • Experimental features

  • Create an employment relationship
  • Create a partnership

Participation reflects involvement in product development only.

13. Program Changes

  • Policy violations
  • Security concerns
  • Unauthorized account sharing

  • Features may change
