This Career Timeline Policy establishes how ReadinessOS records, stores, displays, and manages a user's professional history and readiness participation over time.

The objective of the Career Timeline is to create a chronological record of documented operational readiness engagement throughout a maritime professional's career while preserving historical accuracy and user privacy.

The Career Timeline is intended to document participation, not competency or employability.
