BENCHMARKING AND COMPARATIVE ANALYTICS POLICY

OBJECTIVE

Define how comparative analytics, benchmarking, fleet averages, and industry averages may be generated and displayed.

POLICY PRINCIPLES

1. Benchmarking exists to support improvement.

2. Benchmarking does not rank organizations publicly.

3. Benchmarking data must remain anonymized.

4. Benchmarking must never expose identifiable customer information.

ANONYMIZATION

ReadinessOS may aggregate:

• Vessel metrics • Fleet metrics • Industry metrics

ReadinessOS must not disclose:

• Vessel names • Company names • Individual identities

unless explicitly authorized.

PERMITTED COMPARISONS

Examples:

• Fleet average • Industry average • Top quartile • Percentile ranking

PROHIBITED DISCLOSURES

ReadinessOS shall not disclose:

• Competitor identities • Competitor scores • Competitor observations • Competitor corrective actions
