Vessel account & licensing architecture
The vessel account is the permanent operational identity.
Vessel Identity
Name, internal ID, flag, call sign, type, builder, LOA and home port.
Subscription Model
Each vessel owns one subscription. Users and captains may change.
Licensed Seats
Seats belong to subscriptions and may be reassigned as crew rotate.
Guest Access
Temporary read-only access for inspectors, surveyors and representatives.
Audit Trail
Every action should be recorded with user, timestamp, IP and previous value.
Founder Status
Founder pricing remains protected while the eligible account stays active and in good standing.
